The apartment with a size of 70 m2 has 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub. There is air conditioning on the corridor and the cool air refreshes the bedrooms and the living room. All bedrooms come with wardrobes.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a balcony with 4.5 m2 furnished with a table and seats. There is no elevator in the building. The living room with the adjoining dining area is a nice corner to read a book, watch television (only local channels) or just relax. The dining area comes with a wooden table and 6 chairs. The kitchen offers you everything you need for your holidays and you will find a microwave, oven, coffee machine, gas stove, cutlery, glasses, plates and a refrigerator-freezer there. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is basic but cozy and invites you to enjoy the beautiful beaches of northern Majorca. Pets are not allowed.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 200 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house is great. You have enough room, beautiful pool and everything is clean. Two minor issues: 1. The owner can only speak Spanish, so that can be difficult. 2. The bed in one of the rooms was clearly at the end of his life.
The service from 'Charming Islands' was perfect. They are 24hours available and the service is good and swift.
We had a great vacation.
Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment and location were brilliant , close to the beach and near to amenities. The owners were lovely. And the chalet/villa was lovely. Would highly recommend it!

perfect appartment! the location in the old town of pollença, very close to the plaza major with all its restaurants and bars, was great. nonetheless, its was quiet and we got all the peace and sleep we needed. Everything was clean, modern and spaceful and the owner nice, helpful and uncomplicated.

Appartment is great, very well situated in the center of Pollensa. Joanne is very sympathic. Do not rent this appartment during the last july week if you expect to sleep, this is the annual local party, and its very very noisy... otherwise we would recommend it
Appartment in bester Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zum Plaça Major, gut ausgestattet (Küche, TV, Klimaanlage,...) und nett eingerichtet. Das Mietauto konnten wir immer wenige Gehminuten entfernt parken. Die "Lärmbelästigung" durch Müllabfuhr und angrenzende Hotels war kein Problem, sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.
Es war eine angenehme Woche in Pollença.
Wir waren von der finca sehr begeistert. Alles war super, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke

Die Finca liegt an der Strasse Ma3500 zwischen den Städten Inca und Muro.
Die Wegbeschreibung, die wir per Mail erhalten haben, ist sehr ausführlich und mit Fotos ergänzt.
Umgeben von Zitrusbäumen (Orangen, Zitronen und Grapefruits die man auch pflücken darf) liegt die Finca geschützt und ruhig an der Strasse.
Das Haus ist zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet, wie man auf den Bildern auch erkennen kann. Die Küche hat einen neuen Induktionsherd mit Backofen.
Das Pool ist etwas erhöht und wird immer gut gereinigt und das Wasser gefiltert.
Einzig die Einstiegleiter dürfte 2 Tritte mehr haben. Auch die Wassertiefe sollte in den Unterlagen angegeben werden (ca.2.50m tief).
Die Betreuung ist ausgezeichnet und man ist stets bereit, wenn nötig zu helfen.
Die Bettwäsche kann man wechseln lassen, falls erforderlich.
Wir waren begeistert und können diese Finca wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
