The flat comes with linen, pillows, pillowcases, quilt, quilt cover, dish towels, frying pans, coffee cups, glasses, mugs, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, towels, bath mat, etc.)
Our flat delivers a kind of “countryside chic” warm and cosy feeling and offers only noble and raw materials: solid oak, tiling, earthenware, linen curtains. The uncluttered arrangement frees more space.
A glass wall separates the kitchen and the living room and gives more light. It comprises a large solid oak worktop that will allow you to cook and take your breakfast. The kitchenware (saucepans, frying pans, plates, cutlery, mugs...) is furnished. The kitchen boasts a charming countryside touch.
The main advantage of this flat is its private garden. You’ll be able to stay outside in the heart of Paris. This lovely courtyard will allow you to have breakfast while enjoying Paris’ sky.
Although the flat is located in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, art galleries and stylist shops, the rue Chappe is really quiet and you won’t be disturbed at all. The double sofa bed unfolds to offer a large double bed. The linen is ironed. We can also provide a child bed if needed.
Posibility to add 1 personn for sleeping in the studio. The price for this is 40 euros. You can also ask a clean service for a renting of 5 days mimimum; the price for this service is 25 euros.
It is located 13, rue Chappe in the Abbesses area (18th arrondissement).
A flight of stairs will lead you directly to the Sacré Coeur basilica (200m by feet).
The flat is really quiet and bright (1 window in each room (living room, bathroom - kitchen). It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), overlooking the courtyard (hence the tranquility).
We’ve been living in the neighborhood for 15 years and we’ll be glad to receive you and give you our good spots in this typically Parisian arrondissement: place du Tertre, restaurants, cafés and bars, theaters, etc.
The flat is 5 minutes from the Abbesses subway station (line 12). Follow rue Yvonne Le Tac on your left when you get out of the metro station and you’ll get to a small square. The rue Chappe is the second street on your left.
This flat is really a haven of peace, comfortable in a very lively and typical neighborhood of Paris.
I ask for 50 euros deposit. Check-ins and check-outs will preferably take place around 8:30am, between noon and 2pm or from 6:30pm.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

Everything perfect. Any time again.
The host cancelled the booking, this review is automated.
Email and SMS communication with Caroline was friendly and clear and her husband was friendly too.
Unfortunately, she completely forgot about our booking of her apartment and her husband thus never showed up at the agreed 2pm time. I had to call her and remind her of our booking and I had to wait outside my our suitcases until 15h40. This was unprofessional. So as a tip for others booking this apartment: make double sure by reminding them of your arrival.
The apartment lacked a hairdryer and a water boiler and the 5 stories of stairs can be very steep especially if one has heavy luggage. Luckily, her husband was kind enough to offer to help with the bag. Thank you for this.
The apartment itself is pleasant and I can't find anything majorly wrong with it. The old wooden floors squeak and one can thus also hear the neighbour walking. The walls are not that thick and one can also hear the neighbour snore at night on the other side of the wall.
The location of the apartment is ideal and close to Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge area.
The overall experience was pleasant, but for a price of 100 euros (86 + 14 eur fee) per night for middle of March, it is a bit too steep to easily book again. Perhaps look around for other places first.
Had a lovely few days in Paris at this apartment. It's in a great location, just a few hundred metres from Sacre Coeur and a pleasant walk or short metro journey to the centre and all it's attractions. The apartment itself is 'bijoux' but it does have a separate bedroom and proper, very comfy, bed - which we were looking for rather than a studio with a sofa bed. The apartment has everything you need to be a brilliant base for exploring this wonderful city and Caroline was the perfect host.
It's a cozy little apartment! We really enjoyed it. The area is perfect, close to the metro. Before we went to bed, we always took a little look at the scared heart through the window,.. awesome by night! And Caroline and her husband were very nice! Uncomplicated and friendly!
The apartment is exactly the same as on photos. Caroline and Justin were great hosts. In my opinion Montmartre and the neighborhood of an apartment is the best place to stay in Paris for people in their 20-30`s, because there is a plenty of small bars, restaurants, bistro etc. with the magic, hip atmosphere.
We rented this little studio in Paris for one night and had a good time there. It is not large but you have everything you need. Bathroom is modern. Communicating with Caroline was not very easy (especially during check-out), but her husband Justin was very nice both when we were checked in and out. He was flexible as he had to check us in an hour later because our train was delayed and did his best to make us feel at home. We had a nice time.
