Located in the Central Business District of Sydney city, this quaint studio is placed in a very convenient location for the tourist or business executive. The building has a Heritage listed façade. The studio has high ceilings, is fully furnished and has all kitchen facilities. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower and contains washing machine and dryer. The apartment is air-conditioned. Enjoy a relaxing day on the rooftop terrace with swimming pool overlooking the City.
The apartment is in a great location, being a minutes walk from George Street and close to The Rocks, Opera House, Botanic Gardens, Circular Quay and Martin Place. Wynyard bus and train station is a short walk from the building. Shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and open-air cafés are all at the doorstep.
Whether you are here for business or vacation, the location is what makes this studio the perfect place for whatever your plans are when in Sydney. Situated in a sort-after Victorian fronted building this studio is and close to all amenities and city landmarks. You can walk to the Rocks with all the restaurants and bars, the famous Opera House, Botanical Gardens and the Harbour Bridge. From Circular Quay you can take the ferry to Manly and enjoy the ride with fabulous views of the city.
Martin Place and all the main shopping areas in the city are around the corner as well. If you want to visit Sydney’s beautiful beaches, there are plenty of options to get there by public transport, you can take a train or a bus and easily get to Bondi beach in about 20 minutes.

The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable although could do with being updated. The apartment had excellent views of Sydney. There was no information in the apartment about local amenities, such as how to get to the opera house, nearest supermarket, train station etc, The administration company for the apartment on our arrival were very poor,we rang ahead when we arrived at the Airport as requested by the office several days prior, no body answered so we had to leave a message on the answer phone, unaware if they had received this or not, we took a taxi to the apartment via the office, on arrival the office was locked up, no staff around, I had a taxi waiting on yellow lines! after about 5 minutes a member of staff appeared, extremely flustered as he had been in the pub and hadnt seen our taxi pull up! The key hand over was very rushed to the extent they omitted to tell us the number on the keyring with the room key was not the number of the apartment! Once we discovered this at the apartment, I asked the reception for assistance and was met by a very rude woman who basically told us she was busy, go away and I will speak to you when I am free, she did have enough time to point me to a road that had a pay phone! I then tried the emergency number I had for the office several times, without success nobody answered it. The said receptionist thought better of her actions and decided she would assist us. Thank god we had arrived on a domestic flight to Sydney not after our 20hour flight from the UK! Be warned if you stay here over a weekend, the pub next door is very noisy and the apartment has an extremely noisy neighbour who likes to party until 4am! Please allow about 60 dollars for a taxi from the airport, they dont like waiting around and will charge you! We did enjoy our stay in Sydney just a shame we were so tired due to the neighbour!

Carpet needs to be deodorized as smells when windows are closed but soon disappears after opening windows . New pillows would be welcome
We had a really good stay in the Boundless Den. Any problems (light bulbs, door handle) sorted out straight away.
A bit noisy from next door being renovated, lots of banging and drilling, but as we were out most of the day it was ok.
All in all a stress free stay. Thank you.
The accommodation comes highly recommended close enough to the city and accessible by the light railway. Fully equipped providing a home from home.
Biggest plus: location! It's on a quiet street that's within easy walking distance to the harbor, the Rocks, and botanical gardens, and a little bit more ambitious walking distance to Darling Harbor. Other than the ferries, you'll hardly need public transportation at all to see the major sights. Other pluses: the view (enjoyed mostly inside -- the balcony is quite narrow); the spaciousness; the modern features; the well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. It's a beautiful apartment, but definitely suited best for singles or couples. We brought along two nieces, ages 17 and 25, and the mattresses in the foldout sofa and chair were barely passable. The mattress in the sofa was particularly disagreeable with a hard horizontal bar hitting just underneath the lower back. Yes, it sleeps five -- but it sleeps only two comfortably! What the photo of the bedroom also doesn't show is that the entire apartment is an open design. The division between the bedroom and living area is a metal miniblind, so if you're wanting bedroom privacy, this is not the apartment for you! By the way, the apartment building itself is the structure with the "W" sign in the seventh photo. Also of note: The restaurant next door is worth recommending. If you need groceries, the nearest store is a Woolworth's that's about a 10- to 15-minute walk away that -- no kidding -- includes a 100-step outdoor staircase. You'll get a workout! The apartment building has a manned reception desk, and a woman who works there was particularly helpful with advice on getting around. The desk also has a phone line specifically for calling cabs. Very handy for getting to the airport!
Overall the apartment was adequate for our needs. It was clean, although décor is getting tired. The only minus was it's location near to the lift and the lift noise which we did get used to over the week. We reported the broken chair back and broken lock on the patio door which was quickly acknowledged for repair/replacement although neither happened while we were there. The location is great. Good value.
In general our stay in Studio City views was ok, but i have to say that the reception of the building had a terrible smell. I don't know how people can work there.
And the apartment needs new furniture they looked from the 90`s.
The rest was great, it even had a washing machine and detergent and the basics for the kitchen, so you can cook instead of going out every day. Sydney is a expensive city.
Appartamento in una posizione fantastica per poter visitare la città sia a piedi che usufruendo dei mezzi pubblici e con una magnifica vista su Hyde Park. Gli elettrodomestici erano tutti perfettamente funzionanti, lo wi-fi perfetto con modem in camera; unica nota dolente la pulizia che lasciava molto a desiderare tanto che io mi sono comprata tutto il necessario e ho dato una ripulita generale, anzi ho poi lasciato a disposizione degli altri ospiti un secchio uno spazzolone ed altro. Vorrei suggerire al proprietario di far controllare gli scarichi dei lavandini poichè non funzionavano molto bene. Per il resto posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erobert werden können. Die zentrale Lage in einer Großstadt wie Sydney hat natürlich auch die entsprechenden Beeinträchtigungen, sprich es ist laut durch Straßenlärm. Da helfen auch geschlossene Fenster nichts. Der Balkon ist dadurch eher nicht nutzbar.
Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen abgenutzten Eindruck. Halter im Bad wackeln, abgestoßene Ecken an Wänden und Türen, durchgesessenes Sofa, usw. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte auch besser sein. Es fehlten Besteck oder sonstige Utensilien. Ebenso konnte der Gym -wegen Renovierung- nicht genutzt werden.
Befremdlich war jedoch das Geschäftsgebaren des Vermieters bzw. seines Büros kurz vor Antritt der Reise. Obwohl bei der Reservierung eine derartige Vereinbarung über die Wimdu-Plattform nicht erfolgt war, wurden kurz vor Antritt der Reise plötzlich 2.500 AUD Kaution gefordert, ansonsten sollte der Schlüssel nicht herausgegeben werden. Dank der Einschaltung von Wimdu "erinnerte" sich der Vermieter wieder an die ursprüngliche Vereinbarung und ich musste keine Kaution zahlen. Stress mit dem Vermieter ist immer unangenehm- auch im Urlaub. Also: Dieser Vermieter nicht wieder!

Chambre trop petite pour 3 bien pour deux.
Proche des commerces; idéal pour visiter sydney car transport à proximité (100m).
Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables.
Grand lit de bonne qualité.
Arrivés tard le 3è lit n'avait pas été préparé. pas de drap. La couette était sale (tache de sang !) ; oreiller sale. Impossible de contacter le loueur par téléphone qui n'a fait le nécessaire que le lendemain..après un contact par mail. Alors qu'internet n'est pas dans le logement.
Impossible de manger à 3 car seulement 2 fourchettes .. mais 4 cuillères. On a réclamé en même temps que la literie propre une fourchette supplémentaire. On l'attend toujours...
