The apartment’s location is on the outskirts of the City Centre, 1.7 miles or 2.75 km directly south of Deansgate itself, we are a 10 minutes bus journey from the University district and major hospitals such as the Royal Infirmary, Christies and St Mary`s Hospitals, it is a 20 minute journey by Taxi or Uber from Manchester International Airport and 10 minutes away from Manchester City Centre by Taxi or Uber.
There is a thriving shopping area within a 3 or 4 minute walk of the apartment with several convenience stores including a Tesco Metro, Co-oP Food, Pharmacists, Take away food establishments include Subway, Suishi bars, etc all being within a 3 or 4 minute walk away on the bustling Withington Road. There are larger Supermarkets within a 10 minute bus journey away.

Whalley Range is a Historic Victorian Suberb 1.5 miles south-west of the city centre, north of Wilbraham Road, west of Princess Road. Whalley Range is a residential area with a good mix of housing and diverse communities. It's close to the shops and facilities and is within easy reach of the city centre and universities. There are modern restaurants and bars on the border with Chorlton, and quiet leafy streets in the centre of the area. Public transport is excellent with buses every few minutes to the vibrant city centre. A new Metrolink line has brought frequent, speedy trams to nearby Chorlton Cum Hardy. Alexandra Park offers green space, a lake and leisure.

Bruce y Patrick han sido muy majos, el piso estaba muy bien y sin ningún problema, barrio muy tranquilo y bonito.
Bruce es un auténtico anfitrión. Este piso reúne todo para una estancia agradable (nosotros estuvimos un mes) y en unas condiciones ideales a pesar de su tamaño. Limpio y todo estratégicamente dispuesto para una fantástica acogida. Además Bruce se esforzó en que no nos faltara de nada (hasta compró una cafetera ante mi pregunta de si la había). Comunicativo y puntual.
La vivienda está ubicada en una zona verde, recomendable, tranquila y perfecta para tu estancia. El centro queda a unos 35 minutos aunque al lado hay una parada de autobús que te lleva en 10 minutos. Supermercados muy cerca.

Bruce was an absolutely lovely host. He met us whenever it suited for us, check in and check out were as easy as possible and he made everything for us to feel comfortable. The apartment is as described, small but comfortable and one feels at home instantly.
We really appreciated it and I would definitely stay at Bruce's apartments again.

Bruce fue un gran anfitrión, muy amable y servicial, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante el mes de estancia y su respuesta fue siempre inmediata.
El piso está muy bien acondicionado, con todos los utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar. La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por Manchester, a 15 minutos del centro en autobús. La parada del autobús está a 2 minutos andando y cerca tienes un par de supermercados y un parque precioso y grande, muy agradable para salir a pasear.
Die Wohnung ist alles andere als gemütlich und wir haben sie unverzüglich wieder verlassen! Es ist beim buchen nicht ersichtlich, dass sie im Untergrund liegt oder wer versteht unter ground floor studio, dass es im Keller liegt. Leider habe ich auf meine Anfrage hin keinen Anteil der Miete zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut niemandem empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist alt, feucht, riecht, die Kochplatten sind verrostet und die kleinen vergitterten Fenster schmutzig.
Meine Tochter und ich waren sehr enttäuscht.
Bruce is very kind. The flat is clean and full equipped with every thinkable cooking gear. The area around the flat is ok.
The bus connection (Line 85) to the city centre is really good. During the peak hours there will be a bus up to every 10 minutes.

We had a really nice stay in Manchester. It is a quiet neighborhood but also close to the city. The Appartement had all important household stuff that we needed.
